Upon receipt of your order it will take 3 to 5 days to package your order. In the height of the season somtimes a little longer. You will receive UPS tracking numbers the day we ship. We include a pick list in your kit and check everything off. All liners are made to order and take a minimum of 5 days to make once we receive your pattern choice and measurments.
On the order form enter your choice of either Polymer wall full kit, Polymer (wall Kit only), Polymer (finish kit only), Wood wall flatbottom pool kit, Custom wood wall pool kit, or Custom block wall pool kit . Next the size and any options . Also list the Price of each item. Note flatbottom requires pattern selection as the liner is custom made with the order.
The starter kit requires the name Starter Kit ,Kit type and the price.

Pool Kit orders are taken either by check or credit card. Credit cards are accepted by PayPal on our behalf.

Return Policy & Warranties
Returns on new and unopened merchandise only. Return Merchandise Authority #s are required on all returned merchandise. Returns for refund must be within 15 days of purchase. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. There will be a 30% restocking fee on all returns after an RMA # has been issued. No returns will be accepted without RMA Numbers. Freight must be prepaid to Las Vegas, NV. No returns will be accepted freight collect. All pool liners are made to order as each pool is different. No Returns will be accepted on pool liners, pool covers, optional shape pool wall kits, starter kits and computer software.
10 year limited warranty on pool liner. 1 year warranty on pool pump and motor. 1 year warranty pool structure.
